24 March 2026, the Faculty of Environment and Resource Studies, Mahidol University participated in an academic exchange meeting with Prof. Retsef Levi from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) at the Office of the President, Mahidol University.
Assistant Professor Dr. Allan Sriratana Tabucanon, Deputy Dean for Education and International Relations, together with Professor Dr. Duangrat Inthorn, Dr. Jakkapon Phanthuwongpakdee, and Dr. Tatiya Siripongpreda, joined the discussion and presented their expertise in environmental research and innovation.
Key areas of potential collaboration were discussed, including the commercialization of PM2.5 early warning systems, the development of flood warning sensors, and the application of lac-based materials in medical and other fields.
The meeting aimed to strengthen research collaboration and explore future joint academic and innovation initiatives between the two institutions.
