8 July, 2025, at 10:00 hrs., Associate Professor Dr. Noppol Arunrat, Deputy Dean for Research and Academic Services at the Faculty of Environment and Resource Studies, Mahidol University, presided over the opening ceremony of the international training on "Food System: the Challenge to Changing the Global Environment," held from July 8th to 23rd, 2025. This training aims to enhance skills, knowledge in the processes, and tools for managing food systems across various social, political, and economic dimensions. It also aims to provide opportunities for participants, representing environmental organizations from both public and private sectors worldwide, totaling 24 individuals, to exchange knowledge and experiences related to food systems to address the global hunger crisis.
