Guidelines for Presenters

Thank you for submitting your paper to ENRIC 2024. We look forward to welcoming you to the Arnoma Grand Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand. The following provides some useful information about the format and practical arrangements for presentations.

All wording and labelling in presentations and on posters should be in English.

All presentations will be made using a laptop computer and a projector. We will be unable to link up individual laptops for presentations.

To enable the smooth running of presentations, please provide an electronic copy of your final presentation via e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by Monday 11st November 2024. Presenters should also bring a soft copy of their presentation on a thumb drive.

As with your paper, your presentation should clearly state:

• Presentation title
• Session
• Name and surname
• Institutional affiliation
• E-mail address

Presenters will be allocated 10 minutes for presentation of their theme with an additional 5 minutes for questions and discussion.

Please consider what feedback or areas of discussion you would like as a result of your presentation of your paper and outline this at the outset.

Please bring with you copies of handouts for the audience as there are no photocopying facilities at the venue.

Your poster should have clearly written in the left-hand corner the following:

• Title
• Name and surname
• Position institutional affiliation
• E-mail address

The poster should be A1 (59.4 cm x 84.1 cm) in size.

All other details of design and format are up to the author who will themselves display their posters at their session.

All presenters should bring copies of any required handouts as there will be no photocopying facilities available at the conference venue.

During the conference, we ask presenters to arrive at their allocated room 5-10 minutes before their timetabled session begins and introduce themselves to the Chair of the session. Each session will be hosted by academic experts who will be delighted to help with any queries you may have.
