Abstract

คลินิกวิทยาเอ็นโดดอนต์ โรงพยาบาลทันตกรรม เปิดให้บริการรักษาคลองรากฟันและรองรับการเรียนการสอนในการให้บริการผู้ป่วย โดยนักศึกษาต้องผ่านการฝึกทักษะด้วยกล้องจุลทรรศน์ร่วมกับหัวหุ่นและแบบจาลองฟันบนยูนิตทันตกรรมก่อนลงคลินิกปฏิบัติงานการรักษาผู้ป่วย บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา พัฒนา และรองรับการเรียนการสอนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ จากปัญหาการชารุดของแผ่นยางรองแบบจาลองฟันส่งผลกระทบต่อความพร้อมใช้งานและประสิทธิภาพการฝึกปฏิบัติของนักศึกษาทันตแพทย์ ซึ่งการจัดซื้ออะไหล่ใช้เวลานานเนื่องจากต้องนาเข้าจากต่างประเทศและมีราคาสูง จึงได้ทาการแก้ไขปัญหาโดยปรับปรุงโดยใช้แผ่นปะเก็นยางที่มีคุณสมบัติและความหนาใกล้เคียงกันทดแทนแผ่นยางเดิมที่ชารุด ผลการปรับปรุงพบว่าแผ่นปะเก็นยางสามารถยึดติดได้มั่นคงรองรับแรงกดจากการปรับตั้งหัวหุ่นได้อย่างเหมาะสม ไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการใช้งานหรือความปลอดภัยของนักศึกษา รวมทั้งประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายซึ่งสามารถลดค่าใช้จ่ายจากการจัดซื้ออะไหล่ได้ 193,200 บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 98.57 ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาทันตแพทย์ผู้ใช้งานพบว่ามีความพึงพอใจมากกว่าร้อยละ 90 ซึ่งแนวทางการพัฒนา ปรับปรุง สะท้อนแนวทางต่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพงานบริการการเรียนการสอนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสอดคล้องการพัฒนาองค์กรอย่างยั่งยืน (Sustainability Organization Development) ด้านการรักษาและการบริหารทรัพยากร ความปลอดภัย และการพัฒนาองค์กรอย่างยั่งยืน (SDG 3 และ SDG 17)

Clinical Endodontics Dental Hospital Opened root canal treatment services and supported teaching and learning in serving patients. Students must undergo microscopic skills training with mannequin heads and dental models on the dental unit before entering the clinic to treat patients. The purpose of this article is to solve problems, develop and support effective teaching and learning. The problem of defects of dental model rubber pads affects the availability and practice efficiency of dental students. The purchase of spare parts takes a long time because it has to be imported from abroad and the price is high. Therefore, the problem was improved by using rubber gaskets with similar properties and thickness to replace the original damaged rubber sheets. The results of the improvement showed that the rubber gasket can be firmly attached to the pressure from the adjustment of the mannequin head appropriately. It does not affect the use or safety of students, as well as saves costs, which can reduce the cost of purchasing spare parts. The results of the satisfaction assessment of dental students showed that they were more than 90% satisfied, which the development and improvement approach reflects the approach to improving the quality of teaching and learning services effectively in line with Sustainability Organization Development, resource preservation and management, safety, and sustainable organizational development (SDG 3 and SDG 17)
