Abstract

ปัจจุบัน หลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตร์มีการสื่อสารข้อมูลผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ เช่น Facebook และ TikTok มาอย่างต่อเนื่อง อย่างไรก็ตาม เมื่อเวลาผ่านไป ข้อมูลสำคัญที่มีลักษณะคงที่ (static information) เช่น รายละเอียดหลักสูตร และข้อมูลบุคลากร มักถูกข้อมูลใหม่กลบลงตามลำดับเวลา ทำให้ค้นหาข้อมูลได้ยาก และไม่สะดวกต่อการเข้าถึงข้อมูลด้านวิชาการในระยะยาว บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาเว็บไซต์หลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ ให้เป็นแหล่งข้อมูลและแหล่งเรียนรู้ดิจิทัลสำหรับข้อมูลที่มีลักษณะคงที่ โดยมุ่งช่วยให้ผู้เรียนและผู้สนใจทั่วไปสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลด้านการศึกษาสาธารณสุขได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
ผลการดำเนินงานพบว่า เว็บไซต์ช่วยให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลได้ง่ายขึ้น และเข้าถึงได้หลายช่องทาง ทั้งการเข้าชมโดยตรงและผ่านการค้นหาในระบบค้นหา ซึ่งสะท้อนว่าเว็บไซต์สามารถทำหน้าที่เป็นแหล่งข้อมูลหลักได้ในระดับหนึ่ง โดยสรุป การใช้เว็บไซต์ควบคู่กับสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ซึ่งมีจุดเด่นด้านความรวดเร็วในการเผยแพร่ข้อมูล สามารถช่วยเสริมการจัดการข้อมูลด้านการศึกษามีความเป็นระบบมากขึ้น และช่วยสนับสนุนการเข้าถึงข้อมูลได้อย่างต่อเนื่องในระยะยาว ซึ่งสามารถมองได้ว่าเป็นแนวทางหนึ่งที่สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDG 4) ด้านการเข้าถึงความรู้ด้านสาธารณสุขอย่างเท่าเทียม และการส่งเสริมสุขภาวะของสังคมผ่านการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล

Currently, public health programs primarily rely on social media platforms like Facebook and TikTok for communication. However, this approach faces the challenge of "Digital Decay," where critical and static information—such as curriculum details and faculty profiles—is often buried under the time-based nature of social media feeds. This temporal display makes it difficult for users to retrieve specific data and leads to a lack of continuity in accessing academic resources. This study aims to develop an official program website to serve as a stable digital repository and learning hub. The goal is to facilitate continuous and sustainable access to public health educational information for both students and the general public.

The results demonstrate that the website effectively mitigates Digital Decay by providing a "Single Source of Truth" that ensures users can access accurate and precise information at any time. Furthermore, it has significantly reduced the administrative workload involved in answering repetitive inquiries through social media chat channels. In conclusion, integrating the high-engagement nature of social media with the robust information management of a dedicated website creates a sustainable synergy. This approach supports SDG 4 by ensuring equitable access to public health knowledge and promoting social well-being through digital technology.
