Abstract

การคัดเลือกนักศึกษา TCAS รอบ Portfolio คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มีความซับซ้อนเนื่องจากมีผู้สมัครจำนวนมากถึง 300–400 คนต่อปี และมีคณะกรรมการประเมิน 20-25 คนต่อปี กระบวนการเดิมต้องเผชิญกับข้อจำกัดด้านเวลาและปริมาณเอกสารที่ต้องพิจารณา งานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศฯ จึงได้พัฒนาระบบคัดกรอง “MUPY Portfolio Scoring System - IT Support (MUPY-PSSIT)” ผ่านแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการจัดการข้อมูล โดยประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิด Single Screen Design เพื่อรวบรวมฟังก์ชันการทำงานไว้ในหน้าจอเดียว และรองรับการใช้งานในลักษณะ BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) เพื่อความคล่องตัวในการใช้งานบนอุปกรณ์ที่หลากหลายของคณะกรรมการ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจและประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานระบบของบุคลากรสายวิชาการ โดยใช้หลักการออกแบบ UX/UI เป็นกรอบในการประเมิน จากการศึกษาพบว่าระบบสามารถช่วยลดความซับซ้อนในขั้นตอนการตรวจเอกสารและการคำนวณคะแนน ทำให้การดำเนินงานมีความถูกต้อง แม่นยำ รวดเร็วขึ้น และด้วยการออกแบบส่วนติดต่อผู้ใช้ที่เน้นความต่อเนื่องและความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงข้อมูล ระบบ MUPY-PSSIT จึงสามารถสนับสนุนการทำงานของกรรมการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และเป็นต้นแบบในการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศที่ยั่งยืนเพื่อรองรับกระบวนการคัดเลือกนักศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพและตอบโจทย์การเป็นองค์กรดิจิทัลต่อไป

The student selection process for the TCAS Portfolio round at the Faculty of Pharmacy is highly complex, involving 300–400 applicants and 20–30 evaluators annually. The traditional process faced significant constraints regarding time and the high volume of documents to be reviewed. To address these challenges, the Information Technology and Instructional Media Unit developed the "MUPY Portfolio Scoring System - IT Support (MUPY-PSSIT)," an online platform designed to enhance data management efficiency. The system incorporates the "Single Screen Design" concept to consolidate all essential functions within a single interface and supports "Bring Your Own Device" (BYOD) capabilities to ensure flexibility across various devices used by the committee.

This study aims to evaluate the expectations and satisfaction of academic staff toward the MUPY-PSSIT system, using UX/UI design principles as the evaluation framework. The results indicate that the system significantly reduces complexity in document verification and score calculation, leading to improved accuracy, precision, and speed in operations. Users reported a high level of satisfaction with the user interface design, emphasizing its seamless continuity and ease of information access. These findings demonstrate that the MUPY-PSSIT system effectively supports the committee's workflow and serves as a sustainable model for developing information systems to support high-quality student recruitment processes in the future.
