กรณีศึกษา: การช่วยเหลือและฟื้นฟูยูนิตทันตกรรมและระบบปั๊มลมในคลินิกทันตกรรมอาเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา

Case study: Rescue and rehabilitation of dental units and air compressor systems in dental clinics Hat Yai district, Songkhla province

Abstract

อุทกภัยที่เกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา ช่วงปลายเดือนพฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2568 ส่งผลให้คลินิกทันต กรรมทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชนได้รับความเสียหายอย่างรุนแรง โดยเฉพาะยูนิตทันตกรรมและระบบปั๊มลมซึ่งเป็นโครงสร้างพื้นฐานสำคัญของการให้บริการทางรักษาทางทันตกรรม บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อถอดบทเรียนกระบวนการช่วยเหลือและฟื้นฟูยูนิตทันตกรรมและระบบปั๊มลมดังกล่าว จากการดำเนินงานจริงในพื้นที่ประสบภัยซึ่งเป็นการดำเนินงานของภาคีเครือข่ายวิชาชีพทันตกรรมประกอบด้วย ทันตแพทยสภา ทันตแพทยสมาคมแห่งประเทศไทย และราชวิทยาลัยทันตแพทย์แห่งประเทศไทยร่วมกับคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์และคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ ในการจัดทีมเข้าดำเนินการช่วยเหลือและฟื้นฟูยูนิตทันตกรรมและระบบปั๊มลมของคลินิกทันตกรรมในพื้นที่อำเภอหาดใหญ่ การศึกษานี้ใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive analysis) โดยรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการลงพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานจริง การสังเกตภาคสนาม ข้อมูลจากผู้ปฏิบัติงานและผู้รับความช่วยเหลือ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การช่วยเหลือและฟื้นฟูยูนิตทันตกรรมและระบบปั๊มลมสามารถดำเนินการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ มีการบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ด้านวิศวกรรมและทันตกรรมควบคู่กับการทำงานแบบสหวิชาชีพ นอกจากนี้ ยังพบว่าปัจจัยด้านจิตวิญญาณและความรู้สึกของผู้รับความช่วยเหลือการสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการเตรียมความพร้อมเชิงระบบแนวทางการพัฒนากลไกความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันและการบูรณาการซึ่งสอดคล้องการพัฒนาองค์กรอย่างยั่งยืน (Sustainability Organization Development) SDG 17 ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Partnerships for the Goals)

The flood that occurred in Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province at the end of November 2025 resulted in the dental clinic being closed in 2025. Both the public and private sectors have been severely damaged, especially the dental units and compressor systems, which are important infrastructure for dental medical services. This article aims to extract lessons from the process of rescuing and restoring dental units and compressor systems. From the actual operation in the disaster area, which is the operation of the Dental Profession Network Partners, including: The Dental Council, the Dental Association of Thailand, and the Royal College of Dental Physicians of Thailand in collaboration with the Faculty of Dentistry. Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry and Faculty of Engineering, Prince of Songkla University In organizing a team to rescue and restore the dental unit and air compressor system of the dental clinic in Hat Yai District. This study used descriptive analysis by collecting data from field trips. Field Observation Information from workers and recipients The results of the study showed that the rescue and rehabilitation of dental units and compression systems can be carried out effectively. There is an integration of engineering and dental knowledge along with multidisciplinary work. In addition, it was found that the spiritual and emotional factors of the aid recipients reflect the importance of systematic preparation, the approach to the development of inter-institutional cooperation mechanisms and integration that is in line with Sustainability Organization Development in accordance with Objective 17
